Best Cookware Sets
What is the best cookware to get?
I am moving out and want to get a quality set of cookware, but what’s the best? I’ve seen stainless steel, try-ply stainless steel, non-stick, and hard-anodized. Money is not an issue because I understand that it is worth the money to get a quality set of cookware.
I am concerned about the cookware that is the nonstick coating. While I don’t mind handwashing it as suggested, I am concerned about scratching which can resulting in the chemicals being released in the cooking.
Many, many years ago my husband bought me a set of Calphalon Cookware. It is still like new-nothing burns,or sticks on it. It cooks very evenly and washes easily by hand. It is dishwasher safe and can be put in the oven. I highly recommend it! It is very costly but worth every dollar.
