It peaked under Bush in 2006 and then fell in 2007 after the Democrats took control. Coincidence? Possibly. But still, the point isn’t to rub the facts in anyone’s face but to prove that Republicans aren’t just for the rich getting richer. Hell, it did nothing but rise in the Reagan years after his tax cuts and was loopy under the Bush Sr. and Clinton years. It got high in the Clinton years only after Republicans took control.
I like how few people bothered to get what I am saying. I am not attacking Democrats. I understand the economy ebbs and flows. My point is to dispel the myth that Republicans only favor the rich.
